CLASSES OVERVIEW

Hall In Fitness classes are held at The Shop Wrestling Club in Somerville, NJ, giving us a unique and spacious training environment with an entire floor covered in wrestling mats. The open, fully matted space is perfect for HIIT, strength training, bodyweight movements, agility work, and floor exercises.

Each class is coach-led and designed for all fitness levels. Exercises can be modified to meet you where you are, allowing you to work at your own pace while still challenging yourself and making progress.

Come join us on Saturday mornings and start your weekend off on the right foot! Each week brings a new coach-led workout designed to get you moving, challenge your body, and keep your training fresh. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, HIIT, and functional movements with exercises that can be adjusted for any fitness level. Where to find The Shop Wrestling Club

The Shop entrance is located on the left-hand side of Lincoln Hose Co. No. 4. Limited parking is available on-site. If those spots are full, additional parking is available directly across the road.
